For the salad base:
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic, asparagus and herbs in a medium-sized bowl. Toss until evenly mixed. Add the lemon juice, orange juice and dulse flakes. Toss again and set aside. Place the leafy greens of your choice in a large bowl and top with freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice. Top with cucumber and tomato mixture. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until needed.
